🇬🇧 Returns and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you received the item or when a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) took possession of the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to: kontakt.eliada@gmail.com

Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the day we receive the returned item. Refunds will be made to your provided bank account. No fees will be charged for the refund.

⚠️ No right of withdrawal for custom-made products

According to Article 38 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from a contract does not apply to non-prefabricated items, made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

This means that custom-made or personalized items (e.g., ear bonnets tailored to your configuration) are not eligible for return.

Return conditions:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased within the last 14 days,

  • It must be in its original packaging and unused.

We do not accept returns of:

  • Custom-made or personalized products,

  • Used or damaged goods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
